BOON (Jack). Peacefully passed away at Royal Stoke University Hospital with his loving family by his side, on 26th August 2026, Jack, aged 85 years young, of Kidsgrove. The devoted husband of Patricia; dearly loved father and father-in-law of Michelle, Stuart, Martin, Carol, Paul, Sam, and all the grandchildren, and a very special friend to many. A service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held on Thursday, 1st October at 10.30am at St Stephen’s Church, Congleton, followed by committal at Bradwell Crematorium. CROPPER (David) Died peacefully with his family by his side, on 29th August 2026, James “David”, aged 83 years, of Biddulph, former proprietor of the Bull’s Head Hotel, Congleton, and the Coach and Horses, Timbersbrook.
