We will process and return photo orders within 10-14 days. If you do not receive your photo within that period, please contact us. If a photo order is for a datable event (eg a birthday present), please let us know and we will do our best to deliver it in time.
Refunds: if we correctly post out the photo you have ordered, we will not generally offer a refund. If we post the wrong photo to you, we will send out the correct photo free of charge.
Digital copies of photos: the cost of a high resolution .jpg is £25, and the image is subject to the normal copyright restrictions. If you require a low res image for an official website (eg for a news story) please contact us.
To obtain a full refund on a subscription, you must contact us within 28 days of the date the subscription was taken out. After that time, we may offer a pro rata refund in exceptional circumstances, up to six months after the date of taking out. After six months we will not offer a refund of any kind.
The on-line subscription is substantially less than the physical cost of the paper but we may offer you a physical subscription to the paper as an alternative to a refund; this must be collected from our office at 11, High Street, Congleton, and will not be delivered. It cannot be collected from a newsagent.
The website and the PDF edition of the paper are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for any interruptions of service on their part. No refund will be offered for any interruption in service.
The PDF version of the paper is currently the Congleton edition only. If you subscribe to obtain any of our other editions (Alsager, Biddulph or Sandbach) the cost is the same but please email us to obtain access to the edition-specific news pages.
