Y Not Festival has unveiled its first wave of acts for 2026, confirming a strong line-up for its 19th edition in Pikehall, Derbyshire, from 30th July to 2nd August.
The Libertines will open the festival – one of the nearest to this area following the demise of Rewind and Bestival, and the apparent demise of Bluedot – with an early-entry headline set on Thursday, ahead of a weekend topped by The Reytons, Two Door Cinema Club and The Streets.
Also announced are Kaiser Chiefs, The Vaccines, Happy Mondays, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Royston Club, Scouting For Girls, Ash, Reverend and The Makers, Keo and rising artist Freddie Halkon.
The Libertines return to the festival circuit following their 2025 Glastonbury appearance and the release of their 2024 album “All Quiet on the Eastern Esplanade”.
The Reytons, long-time favourites at Y Not, step up for another headline slot, while Two Door Cinema Club and The Streets will lead the Saturday and Sunday nights respectively.
The wider bill features a mix of established names and emerging acts across indie, pop and alternative music, with more artists still to be announced.
Y Not Festival began in 2005 as a small gathering in the Derbyshire countryside and has grown into one of the region’s biggest independent events.
The 2026 edition runs from 31st July to 3rd August at Pikehall.
