BACON (Graham). Passed away peacefully at Leighton Hospital on 12th October 2024, Graham, aged 79, of Sandbach. COPPENHALL (Gwendoline, “Gwen”). Peacefully on 11th October 2024 at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Gwendoline “Gwen”, aged 92, of Congleton. The dearly loved and devoted wife of Harold “Cop”; loving mum of Wendy; dear mother-in-law of Jerry, and a cherished and treasured nanna of Serena and Jeremiah. COUTTS (Janet). Passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, 4th October 2024, Jan, aged 68. GRESTY (Rosemary Lenette). Passed away peacefully at home on 25th September 2024, with her family by her side, the vibrant, colourful and giving Rosemary, aged 64, of Congleton and Macclesfield. She was the devoted wife of Stephen; the dearly loved mum of Miranda, and the cherished daughter of the late Joan and David. She inspired so many students at St Joseph’s High School from 1988 to the early 2000s and her school shows will never be forgotten. She was a glorious actress, gracing stages across Staffordshire and Cheshire, appearing as Florence Foster Jenkins in “Glorious”, Mother Superior in “Sister Act”, Marmee in “Little Women” and Sally Bowles in “Cabaret”. Rosemary will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by her family, friends and everyone whose lives she touched and inspired. The funeral service will take place at St Michael’s Church, Hulme Walfield, Congleton on Tuesday, 5th November at 1pm. JOHNSON (Frank Edward). Peacefully at rest, at Ipswich Hospital, Frank, of Biddulph, and latterly Ipswich, died on 9th October 2024, aged 84. A devoted husband to Patricia; a much-loved dad to Christopher and Deborah; an adored granddad to Lizzie and Charles, and a friend to many who will be truly missed. A funeral service to remember Frank will be held on Wednesday, 13th November at Hill Top Methodist Church, Biddulph Moor, to be followed by committal in the churchyard. JONES (Margaret). Passed away peacefully at Telford Court Care Home on 9th October, Margaret Jones, aged 99. A beloved wife to the late Clifford, and loving mum to Stephen.
