BEARDMORE (Gerald). At rest on Thursday, 8th September 2022. Gerald, aged 79 years of Biddulph, devoted husband of Sandra, dearly loved dad to Susan, special father-in-law of Mark, treasured Grandad of Harry and Sophie, and a much loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Gerald will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all that knew him. The funeral service will be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday 10th October at 11am. Family flowers only. BENNISON. Peacefully on 24th September 2022 at Clayton Manor Care Home, Peter, aged 91, of Congleton. The dearly loved and devoted husband of the late Doris Bennison; loving father of Judith and John; dear father-in-law of Paul, and a cherished granddad of Kirsty. DALE (Ronald, “Ron”). Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 27th September 2022 at Royal Stoke University Hospital, Ron, aged 78, of Gillow Heath. The beloved husband of Christine and loving dad of Susan, Sharon and Paula; father-in-law of Paul, Melvin and Darren; granddad of Sarah, Martyn, Adam and Karli; great-granddad of Millie, Ollie, Finley and Iyla Rose, and dearly loved by Rosie the “grand-dog”. GORMAN (Christine). Peacefully passed away on 25th September 2022 at Royal Stoke University Hospital, with her loving family by her side, Christine, aged 81, of Knypersley. The dearly loved mum of Karen and Mark; much loved mother-in-law of John and Janet; devoted gran of Robert, Saskia, Paul, Abbi, Jack and Ben, and a special sister of Chris and Muriel. Christine will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving family and friends. HALSTEAD (Geoffrey Robert). Passed away peacefully at Manchester Royal Infirmary on Friday, 30th September 2022, Geoffrey, formerly of Congleton. The devoted husband of the late Mavis; much-loved dad of Jacqueline and Robert; dear father-in-law of Rick and Denise; cherished granddad of Matthew, Millie and Megan, and a missed uncle to Robert. HUNT (Kathleen Mary). Passed away peacefully at Tall Oaks Care Home, Biddulph on 28th September 2022, Kath, aged 90, of Bradwall. The dearly loved wife of the late Bill; treasured mum to Janet, Angela and the late David, and a loving nanny and great-nanny. INGRAM (Nicholas). Passed away suddenly on 15th September 2022, Nicholas, aged 34. The beloved son of Margaret and the late Alan Ingram, and a cherished brother of Teresa. JONES (John Albert). John passed away with his loving family by his side on 22nd September 2022, aged 80. The loving husband to Ann for 60 years. He was a loving father, granddad and great-granddad and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. The funeral service is at Birches Crematorium, Northwich, at 10am on Friday, 7th October. The dearly loved wife of the late Ron; loving mother to Gary, Andrew and the late David and Paul; devoted grandmother to Martin, Adam, Ashleigh, Lauren and Lucy; devoted great-grandmother to Mickey, Molly and Freya; sister to Stan Gething and the late Margaret Simcock; sister-in-law to Joan Gething and the late Fred Simcock, the late Graham Machin, and the late Shirley Machin, and aunty to Stephen Machin, Christopher Simcock and Helen Cooper. Enda will be remembered with great fondness by Suzie Taker, Elaine Machin, Cheryl Machin, Yolanda Wyatt, Wavell and Pauline Wood, Robert and the late Margaret Bailey, Robert and Julie Holdcroft, David and the late Hilda Sheldon. SUTTON (Eileen). Eileen passed away peacefully on Monday, 26th September 2022 in East Cheshire Hospice with her loving children by her side, aged 82. The cherished mother of Shirley and Dave, and much-loved grandma of Brad and George, a dearly loved sister, aunty, and friend to many. Eileen will be lovingly remembered for her wit, warmth, and friendly personality as well as her determination and strength of character; she will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. The funeral is at Birches Crematorium, Birches Lane, Lach Dennis, CW9 7SU at 10am on Thursday, 13th October. The family is truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards sent in Eileen’s memory. Eileen has requested that instead of flowers, any donations should be made to Sandbach Animal Rescue. She also has requested mourners wear bright clothes if attending the funeral.
