Applications are now open for stallholders to join Congleton Food and Drink Festival, which returns on Sunday, 7th June.
Organiser Congleton Town Council said the event would be bigger and better than ever, attracting thousands of visitors from across the region.
Local producers are being invited to join the celebration of food, drink, and community spirit. With more than 100 stalls expected and a third already confirmed, producers are being urged to book online now to secure their spot.
The festival welcomes not only food and drink producers but also non-food vendors with products related to food, including cookware, tableware, food-themed merchandise and artisanal crafts. Not every application will be successful. Selection will be based on the uniqueness of offerings, travel distance, and the current mix of vendors, the council said.

Congleton Mayor Coun Robert Brittain said: “The food and drink festival is one of our town’s most vibrant events, showcasing the very best local produce, alongside live music, street theatre, and children’s activities. We encourage producers to apply early and join this celebration – it’s an unmissable opportunity to share your products, connect with customers, and be part of a truly festive day in Congleton.” There is also still time to become a festival sponsor.
