A bin fire was ignited by a disposable barbecue that had been left in it.
A fire engine was called to Congleton Park at 2.15pm on Monday to extinguish what they said was a small fire involving a disposable barbecue left unattended.
Congleton Fire Station posted on Monday: Please take care when handling and disposing of barbeques as this could result in serious burns and cause large fires.”
