BRIGHTWELL (Robbie Ian). Peacefully on 6th March 2022, at home, Robbie Ian, aged 82, of Congleton. The dearly loved and devoted husband of Ann; loving dad of Gary, Ian and David; dear father-in-law of Desiree, Sally and Samantha; cherished and treasured Pops of Katy, Daniel, Lucy, Bobby, Samuel and Amelie; dear brother of William and the late Lavinia, and brother-in-law of Nan and the late Alan. The cortege leaves his home at 12.20pm on Thursday, 31st March for a service at St Peter’s Church, Congleton, at 12.30pm, prior to interment at Congleton Town Cemetery. Will relatives please accept this, the only intimation, and would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church. At the family’s request, ladies are asked to wear something pink. CLAYTON (Ronald). Passed away peacefully in Leighton Hospital on 22nd February 2022, Ron, aged 95. The beloved husband of the late Glenys, and loving father to Peter. The funeral service is on Monday, 21st March at Vale Royal Crematorium at 2pm. CORBISHLEY (John). Passed away 9th March 2022 at East Cheshire Hospice following a brave battle with cancer. A loving and devoted partner to Sara; beloved father of Stephen and Lucas; much-loved grandfather to Harleigh, and very dear brother to Peter. John will always be remembered for his kind and gentle soul. A service and cremation will take place at 10.45am on Thursday, 24th March at Macclesfield Crematorium. HALLEN (Nicholas Michael, “Nick”). Sadly passed away on Tuesday, 1st March 2022, Nick, aged 58, of Gillow Heath, Biddulph, and formerly of Mow Cop. The devoted and loving husband of Emma; much-loved and adored dad of Jenna, Laura and Jake; proud granddad of Dougie; beloved son of Madeline and the late Mick; treasured brother of Caroline, Paula and Will, and a very dear son-in-law, brother-in-law, nephew, uncle and cousin. Nick will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all his family and friends. The funeral service and cremation is at Bradwell Crematorium on Monday, 21st March at 1.20pm. HARRISON (Barbara). Peacefully on Tuesday, 8th March 2022 at Royal Stoke University Hospital, Barbara, aged 84, of Knypersley. The beloved and devoted wife of Barry; treasured mum of Wayne, Jonathan and Martyn; loving mother-in-law to Sue, Marie and Tracey; cherished nana of Tyler, Lexie, Hollie and India; a dearest sister of Margaret, sister-in-law, aunt and a very dear friend and neighbour to many. Barbara will be greatly missed by all her loving family and friends. The funeral and committal service will take place at Bradwell crematorium on Friday, 25th March at 2pm. HARRISON (Lily). Passed away at Macclesfield District General Hospital on Sunday, 13th March 2022, Lily, aged 81. The dearly loved and devoted wife of Thomas; much-loved mum to Alicia; treasured grandma to Edward, Henry and Joseph, and a special auntie. Lily will be missed by all who knew her. PHILLIPS (Claire Alison). Passed away suddenly on Saturday, 5th March 2022 while at home, Claire, aged 54, of Hellifield, North Yorkshire. A much-loved daughter of Geoff and the late Brenda; loved mum of Hannah, Joshua, Callum, India-Rose, Tazmin, Andy and Max; a much-loved nan, and beloved sister of the late Christopher. PHILLIPS (Margaret Patricia). Margaret, known by many as Judy, resided in Congleton and passed away peacefully with dignity at Priesty Fields Nursing Home on 8th March at the age of 88. The eldest daughter of the late Robert McDermott and Margarita Martin, she was born in Tranmere, Birkenhead. Sadly missed by her sister Roberta and brother-in-law Daffyd; a dearly loved and treasured mum to Helen Robert, Kate, and proud mum-in-law of Tony; cherished and adored nanna to Sarah, Laura and Grace; and great-nana Judy to Aimee, Olivia, Josh and Joseph. Judy will be very sadly missed by her loving family, neighbours and friends. The funeral to celebrate Judy’s life will take place on Tuesday, 22nd March at 2pm. The family would like to invite you to join them from 1pm at the Birches before our celebrant, Kate, takes us all down Memory Lane to celebrate the life of Judy Phillips. The service will be held at Birches Remembrance Park and Crematorium, Birches Lane, Lostock Green, Lach Dennis, CW9 7SU.
