COULTON (Jennifer). Passed away peacefully on 6th April 2024 at Astbury Mere Care Home, Jennifer, of Congleton, aged 79. The devoted wife of the late Greg; much-loved mum of Brett; a very dear mother-in-law of Michelle, and cherished grandma of Megan. The funeral service is to take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday, 25th April at 10.45am. Family flowers only; donations, if desired, to Dementia UK. HAMMETT (Eve). Eve passed away peacefully on Monday, 8th April 2024 at Heliosa Nursing home, aged 85. The cherished wife of Michael; a loving mother to Lorraine, and a respected sister to Barbara. Eve will be lovingly remembered for her love of the stage, and her drive and ambition in building the toy library for the children of Trafford. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. The funeral will be held at Birches Crematorium, Northwich, at 1pm on Friday, 26th April. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Eve’s life. KEILY (John James, “Jock”). Peacefully on Friday, 5th April 2024 while at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Jock, aged 81, of Biddulph, and formerly of Kirkconnell. The loving husband of Marion; treasured dad of Robert and Angela; a dear father-in-law to Stuart; devoted granddad of Charlotte, Bradley and Rhys; a much-loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle, and a very good friend and neighbour to many. Jock will be sadly missed but affectionately remembered by all his loving family and many friends. A private interment will take place prior to a service of thanksgiving and celebration at St Lawrence’s Church on Wednesday, 1st May at 1pm. Will relatives please accept this, the only intimation, and would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church. LOMAS (Anne). Anne passed away peacefully on Friday, 29th March 2024 at Priesty Fields Care Home, aged 88. Mum to Susan and David; much-loved grandma to Vincent, Catherine, Francesca, Mikaela, and loving great-grandma to Jessica and Freya. Anne will be lovingly remembered for her warm personality and love of her family. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. LUCAS (Rebecca Briony, “Becca”). Rebecca passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 2nd April 2024 at East Cheshire Hospice, aged 50. She was the much-loved daughter of Derek and Lorna and, with Jason Doorbar, a devoted parent to her two children, Luke and Isobel. She was adored by her sister Rachael, brother-in-law David and niece Lydia, and was the beloved partner of Ade. Rebecca will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, sense of fun, determined nature and beautiful smile. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. Ian will be lovingly remembered for his love of gardening and horse racing. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
