A man has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting four people on a Congleton estate, including a police officer and a paramedic.
Police confirmed that they were called to reports of an assault on Sunday (28th) at 12.40pm at an address on Woolston Avenue on the Bromley Farm estate.
The 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a man and a woman inside the property, as well as a police officer and a paramedic. He remains in custody for questioning.
Residents said that two police vehicles were in attendance.
