CONNOR (Joyce, “Nana Joyce”). Sadly passed away unexpectedly on 21st May 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family, Joyce, aged 68. The devoted wife of the late Neil; beloved mum of Paul and Mark; loving sister to Jenn and Brian; dear mum-in-law of Paula; and cherished nana of Emily, Lucy and their partners Joe and Ryan. Joyce was a much loved, valued, long-serving staff member at Knypersley First School for 20 plus years. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all family and friends. A private service takes place on 12th June. HEALEY (Joan). Joan passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 24th May 2023 in the care of Astbury Mere Care Home, aged 87. The cherished wife of the late Ray; respected sister to Barry and Terrance; sister-in-law to Ann and Jean, and a loving auntie and great-auntie to all her nephews and nieces. Joan will be lovingly remembered for her warm personality, friendly smile, strength of character and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. The funeral service is at St Mary’s Church, Astbury, at 11am on Monday, 12th June. Following the service, Joan will be interred with her late husband Ray at Astbury Cemetery.
