BAILEY (Howard). Passed away peacefully at home on 23rd April 2025, Howard, aged 84 years, of Wheelock. The dearly loved husband of Margaret; loving dad to Jason and Dawn, and much-loved granddad to Liam, Chelsea, Conor, Jason and Jack. Family flowers only. BASKERVILLE (Allen James). Passed away peacefully on 10th April 2025, Allen, aged 87 years, of Lower Withington. The devoted husband of the late Freda; much-loved dad to Clare and son-in-law Craig, and dearly loved granddad to Georgia and Aidan. Family flowers only. BOSTOCK (Molly). Peacefully at rest at Leighton Hospital on 16th April 2025, Molly, aged 90 years, of Goostrey. The devoted wife of the late Terry; much-loved mum of Des, and a treasured grandmother and great grandmother. Molly will be sadly missed by all of her family and many friends. A service and cremation will be held at The Birches Crematorium on Thursday, 15th May at 11.30am. Will all friends please meet at the crematorium. No mourning attire by request. BUTLER (Roy). At rest on Thursday, 10th April 2025, at Royal Stoke University Hospital, Roy, aged 95 years, of Biddulph. The devoted and beloved husband of the late Beryl; loving dad of Ian and Philip; dearest father-in-law to Susan and Michelle; a treasured grandad of Joseph, Alice, Ellie, Jacob, Freya and Harvey; great grandad of Iris and Elijah; a dear brother of Pauline and brother-in-law to Harry, and a much-loved uncle, friend and neighbour to many. Roy will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him. The funeral service will take place at Biddulph Methodist Church on Wednesday, 7th May at noon prior to a committal service at Carmountside Crematorium. COTTRELL (Donald Ward). Peacefully passed away, at Bradwell Hall Nursing Home on 9th April 2025, Don, aged 89 years, of Biddulph. The devoted husband of the late Glenice; dearly loved dad and father-in-law of Linda and John, and Roger and Jane; granddad of Charlotte, Chris, Max, and Harvey; a dear brother of Graham, and a special friend of Carrie and family.
