Witchy Wednesday returns to Congleton Town Hall on Wednesday, 29th October. This fun event offers children a packed programme of activities including pumpkin carving, creepy crafts, face painting, scary cake decorating and a fancy-dress competition.
Tickets cost £2 per child and are available from Congleton Information Centre or online via TicketSource (look for Congleton Town Council events).
Sessions run at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm. Adults do not need tickets, but children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Families are asked to book only one session per child and to cancel if they can no longer attend, so that others don’t miss out.
Witchy Wednesday forms part of the town’s Haunted Halloween half-term celebrations, which also include a free Halloween Trail running from 25th October to 1st November across the town centre.
Trail leaflets can be collected from the information centre or downloaded from Congleton Town Council website.
Rachel McCarthy, Congleton town centre and events officer, said: “Halloween in Congleton is always a fantastic community celebration, and this year is set to be even bigger and better.
“The Halloween Trail is a wonderful way to explore our town centre and support local businesses, while Witchy Wednesday promises fun, creativity, and spooky surprises for families.
“We can’t wait to welcome everyone into the town for some half-term magic.”
